What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our number one priority! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to The Mask Bar for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date only if the product(s) is unopened. If the product has been opened, you will receive a store credit for another The Mask Bar purchase.

After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 12 PM EST will normally be processed and shipped the next day, and orders placed after 12 PM EST will usually be processed and shipped the day after. Since our warehouse is closed on weekends, orders placed on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday. Occasions may arise when our warehouse has an unexpectedly large number of orders to fulfill on a given day, in which case there may be an extra day or two delay in the shipping schedule outlined above.

How to track my order?
